So, what's the plot?
An eight-apartment project on the outskirts of Latur. A location to discover, homes to showcase, and a very clear goal – get the right buyers interested.
We started with a strategy deck to map out how we’d position the project, present its value and take it to potential homebuyers. Because selling a home starts long before someone walks through the door.
Here's how we brought the project to life.
First, we needed a game plan.
We started with a marketing strategy deck that laid out the direction for the project — how to position it, what to communicate and how to reach potential buyers.
We made the homes do the talking.
We shot ads with interior styling to showcase the apartments at their best. Because empty rooms show space, but thoughtfully styled spaces help people imagine a life there.
And then, we took things higher. Literally.
Drone footage captured the property’s surroundings and location, giving potential buyers a better sense of where the project sits and what the area looks like.
Put the project on the feed.
We used social media marketing to give Kabir Realty a digital presence, showcasing the property through visuals and content designed to catch the attention of prospective buyers.
From views to potential buyers.
We ran performance marketing campaigns to put the project in front of relevant audiences and generate interest in the apartments.
The takeaway?
Small project. Big-picture marketing.
From the initial strategy to styled shoots, drone footage and performance campaigns, we brought the different pieces together to help Kabir Realty put its eight-apartment project on the map.
